Who Is it Addressed To?

The scheme concerns employees who specialize in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and design, implement, and improve the organization’s Business Continuity Management System. They develop and update the Business Continuity Policy and align the system with the organization’s strategic objectives. They conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA), assess risks, define recovery strategies, and collaborate with departments such as IT, HR, and Operations for alternative solutions. They organize training sessions and exercises, evaluate their effectiveness, and activate continuity plans in the event of operational disruptions. They continuously monitor system performance and submit reports and recommendations to management for ongoing improvement.

Certification Procedure:

The examination process consists of a theoretical examination.

Upon successful completion of the examinations, the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for five years.

The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), National Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
