Cybersecurity issues, protection and resilience of IT systems in the face of the ever-evolving threats of modern cyberspace are more urgent than ever.
The Ministry of Digital Governance – Directorate of Strategic Cybersecurity Planning recently issued the Cybersecurity Manual, which includes the best practices for the protection and resilience of IT systems.
The Cybersecurity Handbook is addressed to organic IT and IT security units of ministries, other public administration bodies, as well as medium and large private sector enterprises. It is also addressed to information and network security officers, data protection officers and other officials responsible in particular for the security of the information systems of public and private sector organisations.
The CyberSecurity handbook is based on well-known and internationally accepted standards and guidelines (e.g.ISO/IEC27001:2013, NIST) and its purpose is to improve the ability of Organizations to adequately resist modern threats, respond to incidents of cyberattacks with as little impact as possible and protect their critical systems, services offered, as well as the operational and personal data they keep and process.
TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas offers inspection and certification services (e.g.ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC22301:2019), technical audits (e.g. IT Audits, Mulnerability Assessment / Calibration Test) and training covering information security, cyber security, operational continuity and data protection.
