Who Is it Addressed To?
This Certification is designed for the higher level of the hierarchy of administrative support employees who, in the framework of an organizational structure and through fixed instructions and procedures, perform all or part of an Organisation’s administrative support tasks, under the guidance of a supervisor and with the aim of ensuring the smooth operation of the Organisation. Executive Management Assistants perform the same main and secondary professional tasks and activities as administrative assistants, however, they have a significantly greater degree of organisational and executive responsibility for the development of initiatives and decision-making at work.
The examination process consists of a theoretical and a practical examination.
Upon successful completion of the examinations (theoretical and practical parts), the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for four years.
The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
