Who Is it Addressed To?

The Certification is addressed to employees, who know and apply the serving methods for each operating system and type of meal in the restaurant, compose menus and catalogs of restaurants of all types, recognize the characteristics of wines and inform the customer in order to satisfy his needs. They prepare and operate the bar, serve all categories of drinks in the bar in corresponding glass and serving portion and compile a bar menu.

Certification Procedure

The examination process consists of a theoretical examination.
Upon successful completion of the examinations, the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for five years.

The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
