Who Is it Addressed To?
This Certification is intended for specialised professionals who have knowledge of and implement all stages of olive oil processing, conservation and standardization, supervise and coordinate production flow depending on the relevant demand, apply all modern methods for the optimization of the quality of the olive oil produced, identify and record critical points and potential contamination of the products, determine measures to reduce contaminating factors, etc.
Certification Procedure:
The examination process consists of a theoretical examination.
Upon successful completion of the examination, the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for five years.
The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
