Who Is it Addressed To?

This Certification is addressed to employees in the reception and hospitality/accommodation areas of hotels, who perform tasks related to provision of services to guests, in order to ensure effectiveness in meeting the goals of productive operation of the above mentioned departments, within the context of a given company’s Reception Service and Customer Accommodation rules, policies, methods and procedures.


Certification Procedure:

The examination process consists of a theoretical and a practical examination.

Upon successful completion of the examinations (theoretical and practical parts), the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for five years.

The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
