Who Is it Addressed To?

The scheme concerns employees who specialize in managing online stores (e-Shops) and digital product sales. They develop and manage e-commerce platforms, configure payment systems, and update products, images, and price lists. They design and implement digital marketing campaigns, optimize SEO, and apply email marketing and retargeting strategies. They monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and propose improvements to increase sales, using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar. They ensure the security of online transactions, comply with regulations (GDPR, PCI DSS), and support customer service by managing orders, returns, and loyalty programs.

Certification Procedure

The examination process consists of a theoretical examination.

Upon successful completion of the examinations, the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for five years.

The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), National Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
