Mental Wellbeing Ambassador
Who is it addressed to:
The Certification is addressed to professionals who possess substantial knowledge regarding the promotion and management of mental health & wellbeing, empathy, communication, crisis management, and the prevention of harassment and psychosocial risks in the workplace.
Participation Requirements
Applicants wishing to participate in the certification examination process must be at least 18 years old, hold a secondary level education diploma, and have completed the “Mental Wellbeing Ambassador in The Workplace” training program, with a total duration of 21 hours, provided by Hellas EAP. In case applicants have completed equivalent training in the past (within the last 2 years), they may participate in the examinations after attending a training refreshment program of a total duration of 4 hours, as determined by Hellas EAP.
Certification Process:
The examination process consists of a theoretical examination.
Upon successful completion of the examination, the professional is awarded a certificate of conformity valid for two years.
