On 7 -9 April 2025 the 3rd Transnational MICROIDEA Project Meeting took place in Copenhagen, Denmark. The MICROIDEA Project’s Associated Partner 3F (United Federation of Workers in Denmark) hosted this meeting, where the partners had the opportunity to review the progress of the project so far, and plan the next steps. During the next time period, the consortium will work together to develop a comprehensive training course for the waiter’s main professional skills and relevant microcredentials, required by the job market, and a Microcredentials Certification Scheme according to ISO/IEC 17024, in order to suggest a methodology, by which National Qualification Systems and ISO/IEC 17024 Certification will be connected. Moreover, a self-assessment tool will be finalized, which will be developed within the context of the MICROIDEA project, help to identify the upskilling and reskilling needs of trainees, and provide tailored training recommendations
