The three training programs will be delivered together in one full teaching day on the following dates:

Detailed Seminar Guide
1. Circular Economy: What does it mean? How is it applied? How is value created?
Topics:
• Transition from linear to circular economic model
• Corel principles of the circular economy
• Creating economic value through circular strategies
Objective: To understand the need to transition from a linear to a circular model, presenting tools such as the 9R framework and practices like systems thinking. Emphasis will be given to creating synergies and integrating digital technologies (Digital Product Passports) to achieve the “twin transition” (green & digital).
2. Digital Product Passports and their Role in achieving circularity and reducing environmental footprint
Topics:
• What is a Digital Product Passport (DPP)
• EU legislative framework and the role of DPPs within the CEAP
• Application examples and potential for reuse, recycling, and material tracking
Objective: To familiarize participants with the use and value of DPPs as tools for traceability and transparency in value chains.
3. The PLOOTO Program and Certification of Circular Supply Chains
Topics:
• Certification based on circular standards
• Evaluation and auditing frameworks for circular supply chains
• Performance indicators, ESG metrics, and the use of data from DPPs & Digital Twins
Objective: To understand the steps required to achieve certification for circular business models.
