By 2025, the project or activity operator of Article 19, must verify the emissions of the base year 2019 and submit an Emissions Reduction Targets Plan to the competent environmental authority. From 2026 onward, until 31st of October of each year, the operator of Article 19 must submit to the competent environmental authority:
| Since October 2023, all the legal entities of Article 20, have already been submitting until 31st of October of each year, a verified report on their carbon footprint for the past year to a publicly accessible electronic database managed by the Natural Environment and Climate Change Organization (Ν.Ε.C.C.A.). |
