TÜV AUSTRIA in Greece announced the successful completion of the recertification process of Hellenic Duty Free Shops, a member of the Avolta Group, which operates an extensive network of duty-free stores in airports, ports, and border stations across Greece.
The certification concerns the implementation and effective operation of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the international standard EN ISO 9001:2015, as well as the Environmental Management System, in accordance with EN ISO 14001:2015. The assessment confirmed that Duty Free Shops apply procedures ensuring a high level of service quality, operational consistency, and full compliance with the requirements of both standards, while adopting practices that reduce their environmental footprint and strengthen their sustainable operation.
